Hatters Stockport Dry Gin is made with 15 botanicals and an unapologetic boatload of juniper. Citrus and dark berry notes—blackberry, raspberry and elderberry—bring depth around that classic piney core. Bold by design, never shy.
Nose: Juniper-rich from the first pour, with a punch of berry, soft florals and earthy pine.
Palate: Fragrant coriander spice meets cardamom perfume before deep juniper takes the lead. A lengthy maceration builds a fuller, creamier mouthfeel from the botanicals’ natural oils.
Finish: Long, dry and resolutely juniper-forward, with citrus and berries lingering in the shadows.
Serve: Pour over plenty of ice with a full-sugar Mediterranean tonic and an orange wheel. Raspberries work beautifully too—especially the ones lingering in the fridge.
Distilled in Stockport from an enduring love of flavourful gin. The first experimental batches became firm favourites with friends and family; the rest is Hatters history.

The Hatters G&T
50ml Hatters Original London Dry Gin
150ml full-sugar Mediterranean tonic
Plenty of ice
Chill a highball, then fill it with large cubes. Pour in the gin and tonic, keeping the tonic fizzy by letting it run down a bar spoon. Give it three unhurried turns, then express the orange wheel over the glass before dropping it in.
