The details that matter when you order from Hatters.
We deliver throughout the UK. Tracked UK delivery is £5.95, or free on orders over £60. We aim to dispatch orders within one working day and never later than 48 hours. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation to the email address used at checkout.
Hatters sells alcohol only to people aged 18 or over. We may require age verification when you order or when your delivery is made. Please make sure an adult aged 18+ is available to receive your order and can provide ID if asked.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and item. We’ll investigate and put things right.
If you would like to cancel an online order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll confirm the return instructions and next steps. Please do not send bottles back without contacting us first.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage. Returns should be sent to: 28 Moscow Road East, Stockport, SK3 9QL.
