Distilled in Edgeley, Stockport – using berries, rose and the finest Cheshire Honey from Marple.
Handcrafted in micro-batches using 14 carefully selected botanicals, Hatters Gin is handcrafted and distilled among the cobbled streets of Edgeley, Stockport.
Taking 6 months to develop, finding a perfect balance between the strong juniper and coriander notes with the more delicate softer notes of elderflower, blackberry, raspberry, and elderberry; has created a dry, delicately fruity and floral gin.
With all but three botanicals steeped for 18 hours to allow the grain spirit to extract all the oils and aromas, it is carefully distilled where only the heart of the distillation is used.
